Return Policy - Polaroids Tanzania

At Polaroids Tanzania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and rental experience. Please read our return policy carefully.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Products Eligible for Return

This policy applies to physical products purchased from Polaroids Tanzania, including:

  • Instax Cameras
  • Polaroid Film (unopened and undamaged packaging)
  • Camera Accessories (e.g., cases, straps, lenses)
  • Custom Albums and other merchandise

Please Note: Opened film packs are generally not eligible for return due to the sensitive nature of the product.

3. Rental Service Returns

For camera rentals, the return process is governed by the terms outlined in your rental agreement. Please ensure rented cameras are returned in the condition they were received, by the agreed-upon date and time, to avoid additional charges.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [Your Contact Email Address, e.g., info@polaroidstanzania.com] or call us at [Your Phone Number]. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Number] business days.
